opt in class action
JDSU Class Action!!–My Mom is a victim!!!!Legal Advice????

Mom did not opt out, so she’s in the class. She still has the right to have an attorney speak for her in the upcoming trial. Would there be any possible reason for her to want to pay for a private attorney to rep her at this point? It seems like staying in the class ruled out any rights she has to individual claims regardless of the class action outcome, so why would she want private representation?????
