Has anyone had a positive/negitive experience with the MLM company Neways?

I’m considering joining. My friend is at the top, a diamond. He makes heaps of cash and lives the high life. He has been trying to get me to sign up for years. I’ve lost my job and now i’m considering it.
Is there anyone here with information about Neways, is it worth joining?
