How do I get users to post content on www.corbonzo.com?
I just started working for this company. Corbonzo is a community of users interested in the real estate market. You can place content such as your own articles, links to articles on other sites and post your personal blogs to network with others.
It takes awhile for a community site to gather steam and attract users unless you have the resources to market and brand the site.
Some suggestions to attract users:
1. Show them that your site can get them results — e.g. information they want
2. Seed the site with content — it is not uncommon for forum and community owners to create multiple accounts at the start to create threads or discussions or content on the site. People will only want to use your community site if they think it is ALIVE. They won’t go and use a site that has no ongoing discussions or if nothing’s going on with the site. So write content, link to good articles, make the site come alive.
