Where should I make sure to visit when I go to NYC???
I’ve never been there and I’m planning on going this spring. Here’s my list of places I gotta go. Tell me what you think I’m missing. Maybe somewhere that the locals hang-out/eat at…
Also, tell me where all of the good clubs are at!!! I’m gonna be up every night in NYC, gettin’ my club on!!! WooHoo!
Here’s my list:
. Statue of Liberty
. Ground Zero
. The U.N.
. Broadway
. Empire State Building
. Stockmarket
. Times Square
. Grand Central Station
. Rockefellar Center
. Brooklyn Bridge
. I can’t think of any more right now, but I’m sure I’m missing something!
Also, are these locations somewhat close to each other??? Transportation should be easy there, and Manhattan is only so big (though I think some of them are outside of Manhattan, right?) Can all of this be do-able during a 4-5 day stay at NYC?
If you’re going to the Brooklyn Bridge, as you’re walking back to Manhattan look south, or to your left. There’s a place called South Street Seaport, which you can see from the bridge. It’s a nice place to hangout, grab a bite and a drink. The subway is near there. Also, if you want to kill 3 birds with one stone, you can do the Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport and Ground Zero back to back. As you leave the South Street Seaport, keep walking straight on Fulton St. and it will take you straight to Ground Zero.
