Mail sent from non-yahoo accounts delayed or experiencing delivery failure to yahoo accounts?
When I send mail from my work account to a yahoo account (My account or a family member usually so I’m not getting the address wrong) it goes undelivered for upto 72 hours (of which I get delay notifcations on my work account) and often never gets delivered at all!
I have not marked myself as spam (obviously) or used obscene language and although a high volume email company (mail order) my company does not send unsolicited emails (only order confirmations – no email marketing as we hate these emails) so I see no reason for yahoo to block or flag our emails!) Is it just that yahoo cannot handle its mail volume? Should I just get another type of freemail account for my personal use or is there a quick solution?
I have asked yahoo about this but they fobbed me off with a ’spam filtering’ excuse. Not really good enough when we are talking about a service supposedly providing communication and their answer went no way toward offering a solution!
1. Temporary Suspended Account. From either Sender or receiver.
2. Cancelled account.
3. Full email box.
4. Your on a botnet with a virus and the server returned it because your ISP has stopped
letting you send email until the PC is cleaned of botnet virus.
5. Wrong email address or domain of recipients.
6. Too many email addresses on one sending.
7. One address needs to be corrected before any on a multiple list can be sent.
8. The message took too long and can`t find address so one of the servers gave up.
