Is it possible to run a home based business from india but the clients will be from usa ? if yes what are the legal requirement i need to follow.

i am planingg to start a Entrepreneur firm, the service that i am try to offer is website designing, email marketing and online marketing consulting…they all are services not products,and my primary target will be business( customers) in usa and uk.

please note all my business activity will be done over the internet and i will be working from home.
